These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at anssol.com (“Site”) operated by Anssol(“Anssol”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Engagements for paid services are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Anssol. These Terms cover the public Site only.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Use of the Site
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business use. You may not:
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Scrape, harvest, mirror, or systematically download substantial portions of the Site, except with our prior written consent or as permitted by our

When you submit information through the contact form or by email (“Submissions”), you represent that the information is accurate, that you own it or have the right to share it, and that the Submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You retain ownership of your Submissions. You grant Anssol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your Submissions solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential engagement, and operate the Site. Personal information in Submissions is handled per our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, including all content, text, graphics, logos, images, software, blog posts, and case studies (“Site Content”), is the property of Anssol or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
“Anssol” and the Anssol logo are trademarks of Anssol. You may not use them without our prior written consent, except in good-faith references that comply with applicable trademark fair-use law.
You may share or link to Site Content for personal or non-commercial purposes, provided you attribute it to Anssol and do not modify it. Any other use requires written permission.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (described in our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anssol disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Site Content, including blog posts and case studies, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, technical, legal, or financial advice. You should not rely on it as a substitute for advice tailored to your situation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anssol, its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site.
Our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anssol and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Anssol is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a different jurisdiction or arbitration is required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
Note: once Anssol is registered as a US entity, this section will be updated to specify the relevant US state jurisdiction and any binding-arbitration terms.
10. Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest change. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anssol regarding your use of the Site.
